Width: The width of all pass-through straps is 21mm, but due to the elasticity of the material this single option is suitable for many watches. Fit is excellent if a watch has a lug width of 19mm, 20mm, 21mm, or 22mm.
Their fabric straps come in 20mm.
Material: The NDC straps exclusively use authentic Marine Nationale parachute elastic, sourced from the original factory in France, ensuring the use of genuine mil-spec and Marine Nationale NOS materials.
For their two-piece straps they use Cordura® fabric.

The history of the company starts with its name, NDC. The name was inspired by Nageurs de Combat, the French Navy's special operations frogman unit. They are part of the Commando Hubert unit and are trained for special operations in the maritime environment, including reconnaissance, sabotage, and counter-terrorism. Highly skilled in diving, combat swimming, and maritime navigation, they are considered one of the world's elite special forces units.
Why use parachute fabric? The French Marine Nationale, or French Navy, has a history of using parachute fabric in their operations. This durable material has been repurposed to create watch straps by NDCstraps. These straps give a unique and historical touch to watches, as they are made from genuine French Marine Nationale parachute elastic.
The practice of using parachute fabric as watch straps originated from the Marine Nationale's needs. This tradition has been passed down through generations and is now available for watch enthusiasts and collectors through NDCstraps.
